Aug: 25: Benavides Drive Inn hosts the 15th
Annual Benefit Golf Tourney for NEEB at the Battleground Golf Course
in Deer Park, Texas.

Sept. 13: 16th Annual Young at Heart Day for
senior citizens is held at the Ripley House Community Center.
Navidad buys our 390 guests a $10.00 gift check from Fiesta Mart,
Inc., a surprise gift, food, door prizes and all are treated to
a dance.

Dec 12: Over 12,000 gifts are wrapped and bikes
assembled by volunteers at the George Brown Convention Center.

Dec 13: Navidad En El Barrio hosts its annual
grand party for 2,520 children at the George Brown Convention
Center. Over $43,000 is budgeted for toys and bikes. In addition to
their four or five gifts and goodies, 252 children receive bikes as
door prizes due to the generosity of a donation of 200 bikes donated
by Beck and Masten Pontiac 1960.

Dec 13: Twelve Annual Fund-raising Dance is
held at the George Brown Convention Center.

Dec 15: NEEB provides toys for Pancho Claus and
his helpers for children in the hood..

Dec 15: NAVIDAD EN EL BARRIO travels to Laredo
Texas where Constable Rodolfo Rodriguez, Jr. , Constable Webb County
Precinct 1, hosts a gift wrapping party for 4,000 gifts at the
Laredo Entertainment Center who sponsors their venue for the
childrenīs party.

Dec 16: Constable Rodlfo Rodriguez, Jr. From
Laredo Texas hosts a party at the Laredo Entertainment Center for
1000 children from 25 area elementary schools. The program is a
great success and Constable vowed to expand to more schools and
invite more children.

Dec 18: Navidad En El Barrio holds a Christmas
Party for the children of the BUEN HOGAR SHELTER. These children
removed from their home by Child Protective Services and spending
their holidays at the shelter are given a $100.00 gift card and a
pizza party with all the trimmings.

Dec 22: Navidad En El Barrio and Sheriff Wright
of Fort Bend County team up for a Christmas Party benefiting the
children of inmates. Inmate families are submitted and good
behavior allows inmates to give their children Christmas gifts
donated by Navidad En El Barrio.

Dec 24: Santa and NEEB volunteers once again
visit families bringing food and toys to approximately 175 families
during Christmas Eve and Laredo Navidad En El Barrio also
distributes gifts for families making wishes come true for numerous
smiling faces.
