A scholarship award with a new twist: reward students each year for their accomplishments in school. When the time comes to attend college or trade school, the funds are available for their use.

Bringing Young Students A Tangible Reason To Excel

The Navidad en el Barrio Scholarship Program rewards students for their hard work in middle and high school by providing funds for tuition and books. After high school graduation, these funds can be applied to the college or trade school of their choice.

We provide, however, a unique method of awarding these funds which gives children a strong incentive to stay in school and excel.

Our scholarship program awards money into the student's scholarship fund every year based on their academic achievement for that year. Higher scores on report cards translate into higher contributions in their scholarship fund.

Our scholars "earn" their scholarships one year at a time. As each year passes

	their reason to stay in school and excel grows stronger
	their focus on higher education increases
