Participant Selection Process

These children should meet certain poverty level requirements to be determined by the principal or the "assigned coordinator" at each school.  You are not required to bring children from each targeted age group.  It is acceptable for one age group to dominate because of best meeting the poverty level conditions.

If you have any resources for treats for the children's goody  bags, please let us know!!!

REMEMBER!  Parents are not to be included, therefore, a chaperone for every 10 children is required.  Please advise chaperones that they are not to bring other children.

Transportation

Each participating school will be required to find their own transportation to the George R. Brown convention center.  Arrival no later than 9:30 A.M. on Saturday, December 17, 2011.
