Mandatory School Meeting (Virtual)

• School coordinators can attend one of the following Zoom meetings:

• Noon – 1:15 PM

• 5:30 PM – 6:30 PM

• Location: Virtual (Zoom 🌍TBD🌍)

  • ❗ All school representatives MUST attend to receive full participation details for our 38th Annual Christmas Program, held at the NRG Complex, Hall E.

• Agenda: Program requirements, schedules, registration fee ($200), information on our website, and transportation responsibilities.

• Reminder: As a primary School Coordinator, if you are unable to attend, please designate someone to attend in your place.

• Important: We kindly ask all schools to aim for at least 40 participants. Schools with fewer than 30 attendees may forfeit their spot in the program and may be replaced by another school. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.

    • Please include your school name on all checks

  • Children's Names submitted through the 🌍Google Form🌍

    • Submit 40 children’s names, ages, and genders through the 🌍Google form🌍

    • Access to the Google Form for participant submissions will be suspended at 5:00 PM ⏰🚫

    • Ensure participant age range is 6-12 years.

Mandatory Essay Submission Deadline by 5pm

• Theme: "If I had 3 wishes, I would wish for..."

• Action:

  • Essays must be submitted by 5:00 PM ⏰ 📅 either physically or via email.

  • Late submissions may affect “Little Wishes” opportunities.

• Little Wishes Program Guidelines

  • Essay Cover Sheet: Each essay must use our Essay Cover Sheet. Click HERE to access the form.

  • Classroom Project: To capture the child's own thoughts, make this assignment a classroom project. Essays may be written in English or Spanish.

  • Essay Winners: Winners will be selected for 1st through 3rd place in each age group (6-8, 9, 10, 11, 12). Winners will be recognized at the Christmas Program and receive additional gifts.

  • Little Wishes Come True Program: After reading the essays, we may grant wishes. Encourage students to write as much as possible! The list will be shared with the community on October 23rd, so submitting essays on time is crucial to give children the chance to receive more gifts.
