Hello School Coordinators,

We hope that your school year has started with joyful learning, new memories, and lots of opportunities for growth!  And, we are even more hopeful and excited that you have been able to make the commitment to your community to partner with us again this Christmas season to bring cheer and magic to 40 of your campus' scholars between the ages of 6-12 years of age!

✅ First - Confirm 2026 School Participation

If your school has not yet submitted the online commitment form, please take a moment to complete it today.

1.     Visit the School Participation Guidelines & Requirements page.

2.     Review this year’s participation prerequisites.

3.     ✅ Click the green box in step 5 that says ‘Confirm Your School’s 2026 Participation’ form on that page.


👥 Second - Attend Mandatory School Coordinator Meeting

Our next step is our annual School Coordinator meeting.  The meeting will be held in-person and will be offered at two times; please choose the time that works best with your schedule and make time to attend the meeting so that you have the information you need to have a safe, successful, and joyful time with us during this program season.  We always hope to continue our school partnerships by sharing an interest in and an agreement to follow the Navidad En El Barrio philosophies and procedures.


📌 Third - Submit 2026 NEEB Student Participant List

Student rosters will be turned in via the Google Form as they have been for the past three years.  The form submissions will open on August 24th and will close on Friday October 9th.

  • Action Required: Submit your school’s participant list (40 students) using the Google Form.

    • Provide: student names, ages, and genders

    • Age range: 6–12 years

    • If you have children with special needs, please let us know as soon as possible.

  • Submitting Participant Lists

    • 📩 Access to the Google Form will be granted after your first log-in attempt. Google will notify us, and once the email address is confirmed as belonging to a participating school's coordinator, we’ll approve access as promptly as possible.
