IMPORTANT: NRG Event Parking Instructions for Bus Drivers
Please print the RED LOT Parking Pass for Bus Drivers.
The parking pass for the event can be downloaded by clicking the red button above. Please ensure that a pass is printed for each bus before departure.
On the morning of the event, please provide the printed parking pass to each bus driver and ensure the following instructions are communicated:
Display the Pass on the Bus Window: The parking pass must be clearly displayed on the bus window for easy identification.
Enter NRG Center at Kirby & McNee (Gate 10): The bus should use the designated entry at NRG Center, located at Kirby & McNee, Gate 10.
Proceed to NRG Center, Hall E: After entering the gate, direct the bus to proceed to NRG Center, Hall E.
