As we prepare for the 39th Annual Navidad En El Barrio Christmas Program, thank you for giving your time, generosity, and heart to our children.

You do more than provide meals and gifts. You help children feel valued, supported, and remembered. Our program would not be possible without you!

🏫 Contact Your School Coordinator now if you haven't already. Remember, many schools close for Thanksgiving week.
📋 Request your current student list, organized by gender and age group (6–8 or 9–12).
📅 Review the 2026 Liaison Responsibilities & Deadlines.

Reliant Center, Hall E | 10:00 AM until wrapping is complete

Join us in wrapping gifts and preparing your assigned school's gift circle.
Bring your student list and prepared gift labels, organized by gender and age group.
Coordinate with NEEB before collecting and organizing your school's gifts.
🅿️ Print your volunteer parking pass before arriving. Show it to the attendant and leave it visible on your dashboard.

Reliant Center, Hall E | Program begins at 9:30 AM

Confirm bus arrangements, school arrival and departure times with your School Coordinator.
All children must be seated in their assigned school circle by 9:20 AM.
Coordinate student check-in, breakfast, lunch, and gift distribution.
🚌 Ensure the bus driver receives a printed Bus Parking Pass and the Event Day Schedule.

School Coordinator Deadline: Thursday, December 3, 2026, by 5:00 PM

Collect signed original forms for every participating child.
Verify that each child, including any replacement, has a completed form before boarding the bus.
Bring spare blank forms for unexpected situations, if needed.
No completed form = No participation.
Follow NEEB's approved instructions for safeguarding and retaining original forms.

Confirm the selected boy's and girl's names with your school before leaving the stage program.
Winners will learn about their surprise gifts later. Please keep their names confidential!

NEEB will notify you in advance if your school has winners.
Have winners sit near the front with a chaperone without revealing the surprise.
They will be invited on stage when announced and may return to their group afterward.

Check with NEEB during Friday's Gift Wrapping Party to confirm whether any Little Wishes were granted to children from your school.

Confirm current-year donated beverages and supplies with NEEB.
Liaisons are welcome to bring additional drinks and refreshments for their school.

Check with NEEB for confirmation of Christmas hats, coloring books, and other donated items available for distribution.

Breakfast: Confirm whether your school will provide breakfast or if you need to arrange it.
Lunch: Liaisons are responsible for providing lunch for their assigned children.
Pizza Option: Order up to 15 cheese and/or pepperoni pizzas through PayPal by Monday, December 7, 2026. View ordering instructions.
School Elf: An assigned School Elf will help deliver pizzas to your school circle after the stage program, once children are seated.
Donated Meals: Interested in requesting donated breakfast or lunch? Contact Izzy Gomez for a donation solicitation letter.

NEEB will provide red laundry bags to help children carry their gifts more easily than paper bags.
Please bring a large trash bag to collect your school's trash.

Valid Friday, December 11 & Saturday, December 12, 2026, at Reliant Center.
Download and print your free parking pass before arriving.
Show the attendant to waive parking fees and leave the pass visible on your dashboard during the event.
