🎄 Program Schedule
School Arrival Time — Coordinated by Liaison & School Coordinator: Please arrange an arrival time that allows enough time to complete student roll call, confirm each child has a signed authorization form, and prepare for an on-time bus departure.
Bus Departure — Varies by School: Please allow enough travel and arrival time for students to be inside Reliant Center and seated by 9:20 AM.
9:20 AM — All children should be seated
9:30 AM — Christmas Show begins
11:00 AM — Christmas Show ends / Gift distribution begins
12:00 PM — Program ends
Approximately 12:30 PM — Bus arrives back at school for student drop-off
🚌 Important: Each school’s timing will vary. The Liaison and School Coordinator should coordinate the morning schedule in advance to allow time for roll call, authorization-form verification, travel, parking, unloading, and seating all students by 9:20 AM.

Navidad En El Barrio is always looking for ways to involve the community in making the holiday season brighter for children in need. There are several ways you can help:
Volunteer: We need volunteers to assist with tasks such as sorting and wrapping gifts, organizing school circles, and distributing donations.
Donate: Your generous donations of toys, clothing, or other items make a significant impact. Every contribution helps us bring joy to those in need.
Sponsor: By sponsoring a child or an aspect of the program, you can directly help make the holiday season special for a family. We offer various sponsorship opportunities for individuals and organizations.
Your support—whether through volunteering, donating, or sponsoring—helps make our Christmas Program a success and spreads holiday cheer to children and families in our community.
