When Women Come Together, Something Powerful Happens
Mujeres & Margaritas is Navidad En El Barrio’s annual ladies-only fundraiser. It is an evening created for women to connect, laugh, celebrate, give back, and enjoy time together while helping make something meaningful possible for others.
Women lead businesses, families, classrooms, courtrooms, hospitals, organizations, cities, communities, and countries - often wearing many hats at once.
At Mujeres & Margaritas, that strength, leadership, experience, and generosity come together with one shared purpose.

Come As You Are, Bring Your Friends
Gather your girlfriends, coworkers, sisters, neighbors, or simply someone whose company you enjoy.
Each year brings a fresh theme, dinner, margaritas, dancing, laughter, and plenty of opportunities to reconnect and meet new people.
Come just as you are, dressed for the theme or straight from work. Bring your friends or come ready to make new ones.
What matters most is that you come ready to enjoy yourself and be part of something bigger than one evening.
Fun With a Purpose
One of the most meaningful parts of the evening is the opportunity to support our Little Wishes Program.
During the event, select Little Wishes are shared with guests, giving them the opportunity to choose a child’s wish they would like to help fulfill through a special donation.
Those gifts are later delivered during Navidad En El Barrio’s Annual Christmas Program.
A night of fun can become a child’s wish come true.
