Little Wishes

🎄 Share the Joy of Giving This Christmas

Little Wishes is a special part of Navidad En El Barrio’s Annual Christmas Program that helps bring a child’s personal Christmas wish to life.

Children participating through our partner schools are invited by their school coordinators to write an “If I Had 3 Wishes” essay. A small number of essays are selected from each participating school and added to the Little Wishes program.

Those wishes are then shared with the community, giving individuals, families, businesses, organizations, sponsors, and volunteers an opportunity to help fulfill them.

❤️ How Little Wishes Works

1. 🏫 Children participate through schools in our Annual Christmas Program

2. ✏️ School coordinators invite participants to submit an “If I Had 3 Wishes” essay

3. 📖 Selected essays from each school become part of the Little Wishes program

4. 🎁 The Little Wishes list is shared with the community

5. 🤝 Supporters choose wishes they would like to fulfill

6. ❤️ Gifts are collected and prepared for the children

7. 🎄 Gifts are presented at our Annual Christmas Program; larger wishes are coordinated separately for delivery

Little Wishes brings together children, schools, families, donors, sponsors, volunteers, and community partners around one simple purpose: helping make Christmas a little brighter for a child.

This year’s Little Wishes list is now open.

Whether you choose to fulfill one wish or several, donate toward a wish, or help as a group or organization, your support helps us continue Making Children’s Wishes Come True.

🎁Donating is as easy as 1-2-3!

1. Review the “Little Wishes” Spreadsheet: Click the link HERE to view our Little Wishes requested by our 2026 program participants. You'll find a list of children eagerly awaiting your support. Choose a child and fulfill their gift wish to make their holiday truly special—every contribution brings joy to a child in need!

2. Sign Up: Identify the child (or children) you’ve selected for the Little Wishes program.

• Remember to add your name directly to the Google form/list, or contact us via email or at 281-900-0169 to let us know which gift(s) from the list you’d like to donate.  

3. Purchase/Donate & Deliver:

• Purchase Gift(s) or Gift Cards: Wishes can be granted through gift cards or purchasing the actual gifts. Wrap them and write the Little Wishes [Wish #], [School], [Teacher], [Student Name] on outside of the envelope/package.

• Monetary Sponsorship: In lieu of purchased gifts or gift cards, monetary donations are welcomed. These will help us purchase the wishes. Just click the "Donate" button below to make a difference.
