Attend Mandatory School Coordinator Meeting

All participating schools must have a representative attend one of the two in-person School Coordinator meetings offered on Monday, September 14.

This meeting will provide the information your school needs for a safe, successful, and joyful 2026 Navidad En El Barrio Christmas Program season.

❗ Required Action

All schools MUST have a representative attend either Meeting #1 or Meeting #2.

⚠️If the primary School Coordinator is unable to attend, please designate another school representative to attend in your place.

⚠️ Friendly Reminder: Please be sure your school is represented at one of the mandatory meetings. Schools that do not have a representative attend will have a $250 school registration fee instead of the standard $200 fee.

We will review:

• 2026 program requirements and important deadlines

• School Coordinator responsibilities

• Participant and registration requirements

• $200 school registration fee (plus a 3% credit card processing fee, if paying by credit card)

• Transportation and bus responsibilities

• Required forms, documents, and website resources

• Important information for the 39th Annual Christmas Program at NRG Center, Hall E

👥 Participant Commitment

Schools should plan to bring at least 40 participating students.

Schools expecting fewer than 30 participants may forfeit their place in the program and may be replaced by another eligible school.
