📌 Action Required — Submit Participants Using the Google Form
Submit your school’s participant list through the (🌐GOOGLE FORM Coming Soon 🌐)
Please provide for each student:
Student name
Age
Gender
📩 Google Form Access: After your first sign-in attempt, Google will notify us. Once we confirm the email belongs to a participating School Coordinator, access will be approved as promptly as possible.
👧🏽👦🏽 Participant Guidelines
Plan for 40 children per school, ages 6–12. Please identify as close to 40 participants as possible.
Give priority to children from low-income families or those experiencing financial hardship.
Children age 4 or 5 are not eligible.
Please let us know if any participating children have special needs so we can plan appropriately.
Each school should provide 4 chaperones — 1 for every 10 children.
Please do not bring additional children or family members who are not registered participants.
⚠️ Last-Minute Participant Changes
Because gifts are purchased soon after participant lists are submitted on Oct 9, 2026 - please keep substitutions to a minimum.
IF a student must be replaced, the new student must be:
In the same age group as the original student: ages 6–8 or 9–12
The same gender as the original student
Only the child’s name may change. This helps ensure the gifts already purchased remain appropriate for the replacement child.

Submitting complete participant information on time helps us prepare gifts and resources for every child attending.
Late or incomplete submissions may affect your school’s current or future program participation.
