Enter each student's Name, Age (6–12), and Gender. Plan for up to 40 students.
✓ Click CHECK ROSTER button, review the automatic totals, save the completed PDF, and email it to Martha Gomez at Martha@NavidadEnElBarrio.org.
⚠️ After submission, only student names may change. Age and gender cannot change because they are used to determine toy inventory.

For best results, download the PDF and open it in Adobe Acrobat or Adobe Acrobat Reader rather than completing it in a web browser.
Enter your School Name and each student's:
Name — First Name Last Name
Age — ages 6–12 only
Gender — select Male or Female
Leave unused student rows completely blank.
The Student Roster Summary automatically calculates totals by gender and age group. Before submitting, click CHECK ROSTER button to identify any incomplete student records.
Save and submit the completed PDF file — not a screenshot or printed copy.
👧🏽👦🏽 Participant Guidelines
Plan for 40 children per school, ages 6–12. Please identify as close to 40 participants as possible.
Give priority to children from low-income families or those experiencing financial hardship.
Children under age 6 are not eligible.
Please notify us of participating children with special needs so we can plan appropriately.
Each school should provide 4 chaperones — 1 for every 10 children.
Please do not bring additional children or family members who are not registered participants.
⚠️ Changes After Submission
Gifts are purchased and organized based on the age and gender information submitted by each school.
If a student must be replaced:
Only the student's name may change.
The replacement must be the same gender and within the same age group (6–8 or 9–12) as the original student.
Please keep substitutions to a minimum so the toy inventory purchased for your school remains accurate.
Do not revise or resubmit your original roster after October 9. All substitutions must be coordinated & communicated to Navidad En El Barrio and your School Liaison.
❤️ Why the Deadline Matters
Participant totals are used to purchase, organize, and prepare gifts for the Christmas Program.
Please submit a complete and accurate roster by October 9, 2026. Late or incomplete submissions may affect your school's current or future program participation.
