🚗 Volunteer Parking Pass & Arrival Instructions (2026)

Please print the Volunteer Parking Pass for Gift Wrapping Party & 39th Annual Christmas Program:

1. Download ⬇️ the pass: It can be downloaded by clicking the red button above.

2. Print your parking pass 🖨️. Print before departing to Reliant Center, Hall E. If inviting friends, family or colleagues, please print one pass per vehicle.

3. Enter Reliant Center at Kirby & McNee (Gate 10): Volunteers should use the designated entry at Reliant Center, located at Kirby & McNee, Gate 10.

4. Present Pass to Parking Attendant: Present parking pass to the Reliant Center parking attendant for free parking. 🎫

5. Leave Pass on Dashboard: Leave the parking pass on your 🚗 dashboard for the entire duration of your volunteer shift.

6. Head to Reliant Center, Hall E: After entering the gate, proceed to Reliant Center, Hall E.

7. 📍 Check-In at Hall E, Reliant Center: When you arrive, stop by the Volunteer Check-In Booth, our friendly team will be ready to greet you, get you signed in, and guide you to your station.

8. 🅿️ Re-Entry Reminder – If you leave and return, the pass must remain visible on your dashboard.
